- Customer Scans QR code to open the custom branded browser-based app
- Customer can view the concessions menu and choose items to add to their cart.
- Customer pays for the order and checks out.

- The Order is received on the In-Seat Order Manager Platform and the concession stand.
- Staff accept the order print the ticket on the provided printer and prepare the order.

- Delivery orders are dispatched to the runners Delivery App and deliver the order to the customer’s seat.
- Customers who placed pick up orders are notified by SMS that their order is ready to pick up.
